Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-08.

Nordek is a health log that your own AI assistant can read. This page says what it stores, where, and who can see it. We keep to what is needed for that.

Who is responsible

Nordek is run by Jan Hochbrückner, who is the controller for your data under the GDPR. Contact details are at the end of this page.

What Nordek collects

Nordek does not collect advertising identifiers, does not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and does not track you across other apps or sites.

Planned additions

We plan to add more Apple Health data (such as body measurements), more logged activities and medical or body-composition results (such as blood tests and DEXA scans). They will follow the same rules as this page, and this page will be updated before they ship.

Apple Health

Nordek only reads Apple Health data you allow, and never writes to it. Health data is used only to provide your log. It is not used for advertising, and it is not sold or shared with data brokers.

Who can see your data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Deleting your Nordek account

Your data is kept until you ask us to delete it. To delete your Nordek account and all its data:

  1. Email support@nordek.app with the subject “Delete my Nordek account”, from the email address you sign in to Nordek with.
  2. We confirm by email once it is done, within 30 days. Deletion is currently done by hand.

What is deleted: your account and everything listed under “What Nordek collects” above: plans, exercises, logged sets, nutrition, sleep, sauna visits, activities, profile and measurements. Nothing is kept afterwards.

What is not covered:

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will act on it.
